Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information with the people who help us run the business: our dispatch and reservation software, our payment processor, and the chauffeur assigned to your trip. We also share information when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our guests, our team, or our vehicles.

We keep your information on protected systems and limit access to the staff who need it. Trip records are kept as long as we need them for service, billing, taxes, and legal reasons, then they go away.
