What makes OTC week hard to get around

Most visitors stay in the Galleria, Downtown or near the Medical Center, not next to NRG. Every morning, thousands head the same direction on Loop 610 and Kirby at the same hour. In the evening, everyone heads to client dinners and receptions across town. Hotels book up months ahead, and rideshare waits spike at the end of each show day.

Transportation that works for exhibitors

• Airport arrivals: meet-and-greet at IAH or Hobby, with flight tracking, straight to your hotel
• Hotel ↔ NRG shuttle: a Sprinter or executive shuttle looping your team between the hotel and the show on a set schedule
• Executive car on call: an hourly, as-directed sedan or SUV for leadership between meetings, booth and dinners
• Client dinners: pick up clients at their hotels, dinner in River Oaks or Downtown, and everyone gets home safely
• Private aviation: FBO pickups at Hobby, IAH, Sugar Land and other airports

Book early, and book the whole week

OTC is one of Houston's busiest weeks for chauffeured transportation. Companies that lock in vehicles by early spring get the Sprinters and SUVs they want. One booking can cover the whole trip: arrivals, daily shuttles, dinners and departures, with one invoice for the company.
