Who needs a ride?

Start with a list, not a vehicle. Most Houston weddings need some mix of these:

• The couple: getting-ready location to the ceremony, then to the reception, then the grand exit
• The wedding party: bridesmaids and groomsmen, often from two different hotels
• Parents and grandparents: door-to-door service, especially for older family
• Guests: a shuttle between the hotel block and the venue so no one drives after the reception

Match the vehicle to the job

• Couple: luxury sedan, Escalade or classic stretch limousine for the photos
• Wedding party (8–14): Sprinter limo van or stretch limo
• Guests (15+): executive shuttle or party bus on a loop

A sample day-of timeline

• 2 hours before the ceremony: wedding party pickup at the hotel
• 45 minutes before: the couple leaves the getting-ready suite
• After the ceremony: photo stop on the way to the reception (optional)

• Last dance: the grand exit car waits at the door, with the final guest shuttle right after

Most wedding vehicles are booked by the hour, with a minimum on Saturdays. Add up the time from the first pickup to the last drop-off and include a buffer for photos.

When to book

Spring and fall Saturdays are the busiest wedding dates in Houston. Book as soon as your venue and date are set. Four to six months ahead is comfortable for peak dates.
