When to book

Popular Saturday nights in April and May go first, since many schools in Houston, Katy, Cypress, The Woodlands, Sugar Land and Pearland hold prom on the same weekends. Book once you know the date and roughly how many are coming. Four to eight weeks ahead is a safe target.

Pick the right vehicle for your group

• Couple or 2–4 friends: luxury sedan or SUV
• 6–10 friends: stretch limousine, the classic prom photo
• 10–14 friends: Mercedes Sprinter limo van, with standing room so dresses stay unwrinkled
• Big groups: party bus, so everyone arrives together

Plan the night in order

• Pickup: one home or a meeting spot for group photos
• Photos: a park, downtown skyline or waterway stop (The Woodlands Waterway and Discovery Green are favorites)
• Dinner: reserve the restaurant for the whole group
• Prom venue: drop-off time from the school's schedule
• After: home, or the school's after-prom event

Safety: what parents should ask any limo company

• Is the company properly licensed and insured? Ask for it in writing.
• Who is the chauffeur? Professional, background-checked chauffeurs only.
• What's the alcohol rule? Texas law prohibits alcohol for anyone under 21, and our chauffeurs enforce it.
• Can a parent get updates? We keep a parent contact on the booking and follow the itinerary you approve.
• What's included in the price? Get the gratuity, fees and minimum hours up front, not on the night.

Splitting the cost

Groups usually split one vehicle evenly. A Sprinter or limo shared by ten often costs each family less than it expects. Ask for a flat quote with gratuity included so the math is simple.
