How Much Does a Limo Cost in Houston?

Almost every quote you'll get in Houston breaks down into one of two models:

• Hourly (as-directed): the vehicle and chauffeur are yours for a block of time, with unlimited stops. Best for weddings, nights out, corporate days and anything with more than one destination.
• Flat rate (point-to-point): a single quoted price for a trip between two addresses, agreed before you book. Best for airport runs and one-way transfers.

Neither model uses a taxi-style meter, and neither one changes based on demand.

• Sprinter vans — $135–$225/hr, 8–14 passengers, 4-hour minimum
• Stretch limousines — $125–$200/hr, 10–20 passengers, 4-hour minimum
• Executive shuttle (27-passenger coach) — $175/hr, 4-hour minimum
• Party buses — $200–$225/hr, 20–27 passengers, 5-hour minimum

Flat-rate pricing: airport transfers and one-way trips

For a single trip — IAH or Hobby to your hotel, home to a venue, one address to another — we quote a flat rate before you book, based on the pickup, drop-off and vehicle. What actually changes your price

• Vehicle type and passenger count — a sedan and a 27-passenger shuttle aren't priced the same.
• Length of the booking — every vehicle has an hourly minimum (3 hours for sedans and SUVs, 4–5 hours for larger vehicles).
• Distance and tolls on flat-rate, point-to-point trips.
• Wait time and flight tracking built into airport flat rates, so a delayed flight doesn't change your price.

What doesn't change your price: the day of the week, the time of night, or how busy Houston is that day. Unlike rideshare apps, rates don't surge for Friday nights, Rodeo week or New Year's Eve.

Why the quote matters more than the hourly number

The hourly rate is only half the picture — the minimum booking length and vehicle size decide the real total. A 3-hour sedan booking and a 5-hour party bus booking are both "hourly," but land very differently on the invoice.
