Book earlier than you think

Company parties cluster on the first three Fridays and Saturdays of December, and New Year's Eve is the single busiest night of the year for chauffeured vehicles. Larger vehicles like Sprinters, party buses and shuttles go first. If you already know your date and venue, reserve by early November.

Pick the right setup for your event

• Venue shuttle: a Sprinter or executive shuttle looping between your office or hotel and the party on a schedule. It's best for companies that want everyone to arrive and leave without driving.
• Party bus: the ride itself becomes part of the party, with lighting, music and room to move. Great for team outings and bar or dinner crawls.
• Executive cars on call: sedans or SUVs for leadership, VIP clients and speakers who arrive and leave separately.
• Safe rides home: a set of drop-offs at the end of the night, grouped by neighborhood, so nobody drives after the toast.

Pricing and availability are tightest on December 31, and most vehicles book as multi-hour packages that night. Plan your route between dinner, parties and the midnight countdown in advance, and set a pickup point away from the most crowded blocks right after midnight.
